I lost my job about a year ago, as many of us have. It's daunting and scary, the trick is not to let the grass grow beneath your feet. Keep moving, decide what your strengths are in life, make some fundamental changes in your life. Use those to make money. I am passionate about coffee and excellent customer service. I am very much a people-person with a well honed sense of humour. I have a sense for flair and showmanship just like the guy in the video. The aforementioned attributes are perfect for a Barista. So I have left sales and enough KPI's to sink an Aircraft Carrier behind me. This is not me in the video - I just wanted some very cool footage of what Baristi do and how they can make people's days better. Let the Java Gold flow.
