Carlton's Museo Italiano is showing a selection of 15 machines, including lovingly restored ones by Faema and Gaggia, Pavoni, Cimbali, San Marco, Dorio, Haiti, Brugnetti and Bezzera. There are also rocket-shaped machines from the early 1900s before designers used levers and mechanical pressure. Video by Susan Windmiller.
