1. Fill boiling chamber with filtered water up to pressure nozzle 2. Place coffee funnel into boiling chamber, fill with coffee and lightly pat down. 3. Heat on high for 1-2 minutes, open lid, then heat on low or medium. 4. As soon as it starts to froth close lid and take off stove. 5. Serve as is, or with warmed milk.
